Ingredients

– 1 1/2 cups fresh spring mix

grilled chicken breasts
chopped

hard boiled egg
chopped
1/3-1/2

avocado
diced

tablespoon
sunflower seeds
Dressing

tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
1
tablespoon
Bragg or gluten-free soy sauce – if following paleo diet
skip this and add fresh lemon juice
salt + pepper
Instructions
Throw the lettuce into a large bowl. Add grilled chicken, hard boiled eggs, avocado and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Drizzle olive oil and Bragg over the salad, then season with salt + pepper.
